Description
Magnetic bars are mainly used in magnetic filters composed of magnetic frames. They can effectively remove ferrous chips and metal particles from loosely packed or free flowing materials.

1.Magnetic bars include SS304 or SS316 stainless and Neodymium or Ferrite/Ceramic magnets.
2.Standard magnetic bars are 25mm (1 inch) in diameter and any length per customer’s request, the Max length up to 2500mm, square or other magnetic tubes with different shapes and dimension are also available.
3.Magnetic bar usually made of Neodymium magnets or Ferrite/Ceramic magnets and seamless 304 or 316 stainless tubes, can be fine polished and fully welded to meet food grade or pharmacy application.
4.Usually the max working temperature is 80℃, we can offer up to 350℃ to meet your special applications.
5.Various ends-thread hole, doubles screw bolt, nail head, loop and other kind ends are also available.
6.Surface gauss: 3000-12000Gs
