micro magnet/mini magnet

We are good at micro magnets (mini magnets), namely very small and precise magnets. We can supply Alnico, NdFeB, SmCo, ferrite and other materials with very tight tolerances, especially SmCo1:5 meter rotor magnet and SmCo2:17 mobile telephone vibration motor magnet, which tolerances are within 0.015mm.

We are good at deep-hole thin-wall ring magnets, for example, we once produced a very small NdFeB ring magnet, D0.70×D0.365×2.00mm.

We can supply high quality parylene coating on micro magnets. Parylene is a vapor deposited coating applied to materials for protection against moisture. The parylene coating is a conformal coating, meaning that it is applied uniformly to any surface, regardless of its surface quality. Parylene can also increase the mechanical robustness of the material that it penetrates.
